Australia to Roll Out Digital Arrival Card Nationwide

The new Australia Travel Declaration will supersede the traditional paper Incoming Passenger Card for international travellers. This system will be introduced progressively at all Australian international airports and seaports over the coming 12 to 18 months, following a successful pilot that commenced in October 2024. Initially, declarations will be submitted via an online form, with future plans for integration into airline mobile applications. During the transition period, paper forms will remain available for those not using the digital option, and there is no mention of a new fee for travellers.
